During the family weekend on March, 13th and 14th 2019, the artist Maxime Thieffine proposes a painting workshop around the bird and its infinite variations.
By applying brushstrokes on their canvas, the children "disguise" it in an extravagant feathers, constituting a collection of varied and multicolored species. At the end of the workshop, the cloud of paintings made is dispersed in the air !

Né en 1973, Maxime Thieffine est un artiste français vivant et travaillant à Paris. Son intérêt se porte sur le processus de création considéré comme un organisme vivant dont l’artiste tente de saisir l'image en peinture.
Maxime Thieffine est diplômé en cinéma à Paris III Sorbonne-Nouvelle et a étudié au Fresnoy, Studio National des Arts Contemporains. On a pu voir son travail récent à l'antenne du FRAC Ile-de-France (2017), ainsi que dans divers galeries et lieux indépendants en France ou en Europe ces dernières années. L'artiste produit ses oeuvres - alliant peinture, photographie et assemblage - en atelier. Espace mental et mémoriel, l'atelier génère des formes organiques, devenant ainsi une source d'inspiration pour Thieffine.
