Jac Berrocal - David Fenech - Vincent Epplay
Sunday 17 Feb 2019 from 5pm to 7pm
As a trio, Jac Berrocal, David Fenech and Vincent Epplay have explored sonic and visual for more than 5 years.
Opening : Gratuit
Antoine Bellanger's project, Gratuit no longer needs a sound system or microphone. He plays, dances and sings freely. A few lines of livecode, a tuba and a minimal set of lights are the raw weapons for the staging of this performance.
The music of Jac Berrocal, David Fenech and Vincent Epplay captures the mystery of wide-open spaces or can home in on the agitation of urban life, often played against a backdrop of film by Vincent Epplay, who is also a visual artist. The unique presence of punk and free jazz icon Jac Berrocal on vocals and trumpet instils an indescribable urgency into their shows. They will give the first live performance of tracks from their second album, Ice Exposure, released in January on the Blackest Ever Black label.
