Travelling chef Julie Bavant is taking over the stoves at Café-Restaurant Mātēr for a residency based around vegetarian cuisine from 5 to 16 July.
A caterer and travelling chef for the past ten years under the Veganizer banner, Julie's aim is to help people appreciate all the richness of vegetarian cuisine.
A graduate of the Ferrandi school, she stands out for her fun, no-holds-barred approach to cooking and a deep interest in taste, developed during her early years at L'Arpège.
A vegetable fanatic, she has a passion for respecting the seasons and makes it a point of honour to work with her produce in its entirety.
Creative and demanding, she founded and ran Café Klin for two years.
