The Hall Haus collective is taking over Lafayette Anticipations for Paris Design Week. For the occasion, Design Space AlUla with Leen Ajlan and Leo Orta, SEEINGSOUNDS and Jean-Charles de Castelbajac are presenting their collaborations with Hall Haus.

On the ground floor, Design Space AlUla presents pieces of furniture created by Leen Ajlan, Leo Orta and Hall Haus, as part of AlUla's artist and designer residency programme. Inspired by the region's thousand-year-old heritage and landscapes, these creations have been revisited and reinterpreted in collaboration with French craftspeople.

Design Space AlUla also feature conversations between the designers, special guests and key players in the design world. These talks provide an opportunity to decode the creative process behind the pieces on display, to immerse oneself in the world of AlUla and to discover its residencies.

On the first floor of the Fondation, Hall Haus unveils SEEINGSOUNDS, a sound by Matéo Garcia Studio and light by LE Club Sandwich Studio installation that explores the phenomenon of synaesthesia. The installation is activated each evening by live musical performances from beatmakers: 3010, PLATINUMWAV, Richie Beats, Jay Jay, Hologram Lo and Yebü.

On the third floor, the collective is presenting the world of the ‘One 4 Hall’ chair, the fruit of a collaboration with artist Jean-Charles de Castelbajac.

On 12 and 13 September 2024, ‘Design and Building Architecture’ guided tours will take place from 5pm to 6pm.
