Olga Dukhovnaya
Born in 1984.
Olga Dukhovnaya studied at P.A.R.T.S in Brussels. She developed her own projects from 2006 to 2010 in Moscow and also organized workshops on movement and composition at GITIS and TsEKh dance schools.
In 2009, she won the DanceWeb scholarship of the festival ImpulsTanz / Vienna. Since 2010, she is an interpreter for Boris Charmatz ("Levée des conflits", "Flip Book", "enfant", "Manger"). In 2012, she began to work with Maud Le Pladec ("Democracy", "Concrete") and she completed her Masters in dance and choreography at the CNDC of Angers which she graduated in 2013. During her training at the CNDC of Angers she created “KOROWOD”, a piece rewarded during the second edition of the Danse élargie contest (organized by the Danse Museum and Théâtre de la Ville in Paris). Korowod is inspired by a traditional Russian dance executed in group; which Mutant Stage 4 is an adaptation.
Konstantin Lipatov is a film director who has been working with Olga Dukhovnaya since 2006. Together they set up video-dance workshops in Moscow, Yaroslav and at the Université Rennes 2.
