Franck Audoux
Franck Audoux is a mixologist.
After working in the contemporary art and gastronomy sectors, he opened a cocktail bar called Cravan at 17 rue Jean de la Fontaine in Paris XVI in an establishment from 1911 and signed by Hector Guimard. His signature approach to the world of cocktails is as pure as it is radical.
