Max Hooper Schneider draws on his knowledge of landscape design and biology for his cross-disciplinary visual approach. In the age of the Anthropocene, he creates fictional worlds depopulated of any human presence, highlighting the anthropocentric blindness of human infrastructures that affect the animal and plant kingdoms and our environment as a whole. His works are fictional scenarios exposing the critical climatic situations of the Earth’s ecological future.
