Festival Poésie

Two days to explore contemporary ideas together, out loud, and shape landscapes in the making.

Initiated by the Librairie Lafayette Anticipations, Poésie is offering for its first edition a carte blanche to éditions du commun and Mange tes Mots collective.

The first evening is all about hard-hitting words and soaring voices, with readings by author Sabrina Calvo, mixing spirituality and radical tenderness, and by Gorge Bataille, queer poet and performer. Following, an open stage where poetry takes all forms: slam, song, whisper, chanted or accompanied by music.

The second evening plunges into intimate narratives carried by singular voices through a round table discussion led by author and publisher Juliette Rousseau with dancer Léa Rivière and Gorge Bataille. Following a reading and a performance by Héloïse Brézillon with the broohaha collective, between poetry and ambient radio landscapes.
