Inès Sieulle
Self-taught in digital technologies, Inès Sieulle has taken on the various mediums that surround her, including 3D animation, virtual reality and artificial intelligence.
Inès Sieulle's works aim to highlight the contemporary social dynamics she observes. In a transdisciplinary approach, she intertwines her various artistic experiences into plays, sculptures, videos, films, and installations to create forms of sensitive and intimate narratives in a documentary and fictional approach.
Her films and installations have been showcased, broadcasted, and awarded at several film festivals such as the Cannes Film Festival and the International Kurzfilmtage Winterthur, as well as in galleries and museums such as the LaM in Lille. In 2022, she was the recipient of the Social Practice Arts Prize awarded by the Centquatre, the Gulbelkian Foundation, and the Edmond De Rothschild Foundation for her installation project Le Journal de L’Autoroute (The Highway Journal).
